This role focuses on driving large-scale campus and early talent hiring across India, with an emphasis on building efficient, data-driven, and inclusive recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities
Campus & Early Talent Recruitment
- Design and implement a campus hiring strategy for Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) across Tier 1 & Tier 2 engineering institutes
- Drive Pan-India democratized hiring, ensuring access to diverse talent pools beyond traditional campuses
- Partner with HR and business leaders to forecast hiring demand and plan recruitment across locations and functions
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle: role scoping, assessments, interview coordination, selection, offer rollout, and onboarding
- Ensure a seamless and standardized hiring experience across campuses and geographies
- Drive adoption of structured assessment tools (technical, aptitude, psychometric) aligned to business requirements
Digitization & Innovation in Hiring
- Leverage digitization and AI-driven tools to enhance efficiency, quality of hire, and candidate experience
- Identify opportunities to automate processes, improve screening accuracy, and enable data-driven decision-making
- Continuously improve hiring processes through analytics and insights
Market Intelligence
- Track hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor strategies in campus recruitment
- Recommend improvements to strengthen hiring outcomes and process effectiveness
Campus Relations Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key institutes and stakeholders
- Manage campus interactions and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for smooth execution of hiring activities
Skills Required
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Understanding of recruitment processes and assessment methodologies
- Familiarity with digital hiring tools / HR tech platforms
- Analytical mindset with focus on process improvement
- Good planning and execution skills
Qualifications & Experience
- MBA (HR preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in campus hiring / early talent recruitment

- Willingness to work from office – Navi Mumbai
- Open to travel for campus hiring activities
