Job Brief

This role focuses on driving large-scale campus and early talent hiring across India, with an emphasis on building efficient, data-driven, and inclusive recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

Campus & Early Talent Recruitment

  • Design and implement a campus hiring strategy for Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) across Tier 1 & Tier 2 engineering institutes
  • Drive Pan-India democratized hiring, ensuring access to diverse talent pools beyond traditional campuses
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to forecast hiring demand and plan recruitment across locations and functions
  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle: role scoping, assessments, interview coordination, selection, offer rollout, and onboarding
  • Ensure a seamless and standardized hiring experience across campuses and geographies
  • Drive adoption of structured assessment tools (technical, aptitude, psychometric) aligned to business requirements

Digitization & Innovation in Hiring

  • Leverage digitization and AI-driven tools to enhance efficiency, quality of hire, and candidate experience
  • Identify opportunities to automate processes, improve screening accuracy, and enable data-driven decision-making
  • Continuously improve hiring processes through analytics and insights

Market Intelligence

  • Track hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor strategies in campus recruitment
  • Recommend improvements to strengthen hiring outcomes and process effectiveness

Campus Relations Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key institutes and stakeholders
  • Manage campus interactions and ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for smooth execution of hiring activities

Skills Required

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management
  • Understanding of recruitment processes and assessment methodologies
  • Familiarity with digital hiring tools / HR tech platforms
  • Analytical mindset with focus on process improvement
  • Good planning and execution skills

Qualifications & Experience

  • MBA (HR preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in campus hiring / early talent recruitment

Additional Requirements

  • Willingness to work from office – Navi Mumbai
  • Open to travel for campus hiring activities
