Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process by drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, and posting openings on job portals and various online platforms.
- Screen and evaluate resumes to identify candidates whose skills, qualifications, and experience align with the role requirements and organizational needs.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability, provide an overview of the job role, and coordinate further stages of the hiring process.
- Work closely with hiring managers and candidates to schedule interviews, ensuring the recruitment process is smooth, structured, and efficient.
- Maintain organized records of recruitment activities, interview feedback, and candidate details, while also assisting with onboarding processes and preparing required HR documentation.
