Talent Acquisition Specialist – Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fit.
  • Manage interview scheduling, feedback collection, and candidate communication.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and compliance documentation.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
  • Ensure employer branding is reflected in all recruitment activities.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on hiring progress.
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in hiring.
  • Collaborate with HR for onboarding and smooth transition of new hires.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HRIS tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage urgent hiring needs.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in recruitment metrics and dashboards.
  • Familiarity with employer branding and candidate engagement strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment.
  • Experience hiring across technical and non-technical roles.
  • Certifications in HR or recruitment (preferred but not mandatory).
