Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Cambridge-IB English Teacher. The selected candidate will be responsible for

• creating lesson plans
• delivering engaging and effective English lessons
• preparing students for Cambridge-IB curricula assessments
• fostering both language proficiency and critical thinking skills in students

Additional responsibilities include evaluating student performance, providing constructive feedback, and participating in ongoing professional development and school activities to ensure a vibrant learning environment.

Qualifications

• Exceptional skills in English Teaching and Teaching methodologies
• Experience in creating effective Lesson Plans and curriculum design
• Strong abilities in Communication and interaction with students, parents, and colleagues
• Knowledge and background in Education systems, particularly in the Cambridge and IB curriculum
• Relevant teaching certification(s) or licensure
• Proven ability to inspire and engage learners of various age groups
• Experience working in international schools or similar environments is advantageous
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
