Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Admissions Counselor for a full-time, on-site role at our Mumbai location. This role involves guiding prospective students through the admissions process, counseling them on suitable programs, and providing exceptional support and advice. The counselor will actively engage with leads, conduct consultations, and employ a consultative sales approach to convert inquiries into admissions. As a key representative of Hero Vired, the individual will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and align prospective students with the offerings that best suit their career aspirations.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills
• Experience and expertise in Customer Service and Sales
• Familiarity or background in the Education sector is preferred
• Proven ability to build trust and connect effectively with prospective students
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field; advanced degrees are a plus
