Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon for a Real Estate Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of real estate agents and driving sales strategies to meet targets. Primary responsibilities include managing client relationships, guiding buyers and sellers through transactions, overseeing property negotiations, maintaining updated knowledge of market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves providing training to team members to enhance their sales performance and adhering to regulations and company standards for real estate operations.

Qualifications
  • Possession of a valid Real Estate License
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of Real Estate market trends and practices
  • Proven Sales experience in real estate or related industries
  • Excellent Customer Service skills to seamlessly manage client relationships
  • Familiarity with Real Property title, contracts, and market assessments
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage teams and drive performance effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
