Project Role Description : Provide consulting services and advice on complex enterprise transformations involving one or more technology platforms. Advise on platform selection, technology cost optimization and/or value levers. Develop and implement market-leading industry- and/or function-specific technology assets.

Summary:

As an Enterprise Platform Advisor, a typical day involves engaging with clients to offer expert guidance on intricate enterprise transformation initiatives that span multiple technology platforms. This role includes evaluating various platform options, identifying opportunities to optimize technology expenditures, and uncovering value drivers that align with business objectives. The advisor also dedicates time to designing and deploying innovative technology solutions tailored to specific industries or business functions, ensuring that these assets lead the market and support client success. Collaboration with diverse stakeholders to understand evolving needs and deliver strategic recommendations is a key aspect of daily activities.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable technology strategies.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to inform advisory services and maintain competitive advantage.
  • Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to foster professional growth.
  • Assist in preparing detailed reports and presentations that communicate complex transformation strategies to clients and stakeholders.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Advanced Reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
  • Experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level reporting solutions.
  • Ability to customize and optimize reporting tools to meet diverse business requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities to address technical challenges within platform environments.
  • Effective communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Workday Advanced Reporting.
  • This position is based at our Gurugram office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
