Client Services Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position in Gurgaon for the Client servicing position.

We're looking for someone who -

1. Is passionate about working in a startup.
2. Loves speaking to people and explaining things clearly
3. Has excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
4. Can handle clients, attendees, and communities professionally
5. Is confident on calls, WhatsApp, and Instagram DMs
6. Can solve problems quickly and stay calm under pressure
7. Understands customer experience and relationship management

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement:

- Connect with customers via email, chat, and phone.

- Address inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively regarding out trips and events.

- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance user satisfaction and retention.

2. Conversion Optimization:

- Promote platform features and events to potential and existing users.

- Identify opportunities to convert inquiries into active participation or subscriptions.

-Maintain the database of attendees overs excel.

3. Profile Screening:

- Screen attendee profiles for quality and relevance.

- Maintain high standards of profile authenticity.

What you may have:

- 1+ years of experience in customer service.

- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving attitude. (& good convincing skills)

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
