Role Description
This full-time on-site role is based in New Delhi. The Caller will be responsible for contacting customers or clients to provide information, answer inquiries, or address concerns related to the services offered by Renovo Assets. The Caller will also be tasked with maintaining accurate records of conversations, collecting pertinent information, and delivering excellent customer service to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues
- Experience in customer service, client relations, or a related field
- Proficiency in managing phone systems and maintaining accurate records of interactions
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Fluency in English, with additional language skills being an advantage
- Familiarity with financial or asset management processes is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Communication, or related fields is desirable
