Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tele Caller at High Aero Academy, located in West Delhi. The Tele Caller will handle day-to-day tasks such as contacting prospective students, providing detailed information about the academy's programs, addressing inquiries, and managing a database of leads. The role also involves identifying potential opportunities, following up with leads, maintaining effective communication, and assisting in scheduling appointments or consultations. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the enrollment process and building positive relationships with students.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in managing and updating databases or customer relationship management (CRM) tools
• Basic knowledge of customer service practices and sales strategies
• Multitasking abilities and organizational skills to manage time effectively
• Ability to work in an on-site, team-oriented environment
• Experience in a similar role within the education or aviation industry is a plus
• Proficiency in English and Hindi; additional languages are an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
• A proactive mindset and willingness to learn and adapt
