Job Summary: We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Specialists / Associates with proven sales experience in the Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, driving product demos, closing deals, and building long-term relationships with hotels, restaurants, or hospitality businesses for our SaaS solutions. Candidates must have prior sales experience with Hospitality-focused platforms such as PMS, Channel Managers, OTAs, Restaurant POS, or Hospitality Marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities within the Hospitality sector
- Pitch and sell SaaS software solutions to hotels, resorts, restaurants, and hospitality businesses
- Conduct product demonstrations and solution presentations for prospects
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business
- Understand client pain points and recommend suitable solutions
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals efficiently
- Maintain accurate sales data, pipeline, and follow-ups using CRM tools
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Mandatory Requirements:
- Sales experience in the Hospitality industry is compulsory
- Candidates must have worked with Hospitality-focused companies/platforms, such as:
- PMS / Channel Manager / CRS
- OTAs
- Restaurant POS / FoodTech
- Hospitality Marketing or Reputation Management platforms
- Strong understanding of hotel or restaurant business operations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 15 years of experience in Business Development or Sales
- Experience selling SaaS, software products, or tech solutions
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven mindset
