The Role: Impact & Vision

Bidyourstay.com is seeking a Marketing Channel Specialist who will be a hunter or a nurturer. In this central role, you will go beyond traditional marketing to own the entire lifecycle of our B2B partnerships. You will serve as the primary face of our brand to the Travel Agent community, taking full responsibility for finding, onboarding, and managing these critical relationships to drive a steady stream of high-quality leads.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Strategic Outreach: Proactively identify and prospect travel agents and boutique planners specializing in luxury villas and homestays.

Platform Pitching: Initiate the first contact to pitch the unique value of the Bidyourstay platform to potential partners.

Onboarding & Conversion: Convert potential prospects into active partners by demonstrating our inventory value and the ease of our booking process.

Key Account Management: Maintain a high Active Agent rate within your portfolio through consistent relationship management.

Dynamic Engagement: Use WhatsApp, calls, and email newsletters to keep agents engaged with new property launches and exclusive offers.

Lead Generation & Flow: Actively solicit and qualify leads from your onboarded agents.

Sales Integration: Act as the critical link between partners and our internal sales team to ensure leads are passed seamlessly for closing.

Campaign Coordination: Design and execute mini-marketing campaigns, such as Agent of the Month, to drive engagement across your network.

Who You Are (Requirements)

MBA Fresher: You are seeking a high-ownership role with a direct impact on the company's bottom line.

Versatile Skillset: You possess the hustle required for business development and the empathy needed for long-term account management.

Tech Savvy: You are comfortable using CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and tracking data in Excel or Google Sheets.

Communication Pro: You can easily pivot your tone from a persuasive sales pitch to a supportive partner-success conversation.
