Experience: Relevant Experience of 1-5 years.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business leads for residential, commercial & office interior projects
  • Handle client inquiries, understand requirements, and schedule meetings/site visits
  • Attend and lead client meetings andPresent company design solutions, proposals, and close sales deals
  • Coordinate with design & execution teams to ensure smooth project handover
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Identify new markets, channel partners, brokers, and referral sources
  • Prepare quotations, follow-ups, and sales reports
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of interior design concepts, materials, and project costing
  • Lead generation & client acquisition
  • Sales closing & relationship management
  • Result and target-oriented

Preferred candidates:

  • Experience in interior designing / real estate / construction sales
  • Ability to understand drawings, BOQs, and client budgets
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and presentable personality
