Role Title:Brand development & Market Expansion Specialist

Role Objective

Drive brand partnerships, new vertical onboarding, and market expansion for Warehouse by Mudita and GPW through structured outreach, disciplined follow-ups, and actionable market and commercial research.

Key Responsiblities

1. Brand Partnerships & New Vertical Onboarding

* Identify, evaluate, and shortlist high-potential brands across Jewellery, Art, Home & Lifestyleverticals

* Build, manage, and regularly update a structured pipeline of prospective partners

* Initiate and support onboarding for podcasts, GPW participation, and broader ecosystem collaborations

* Coordinate internally to ensure smooth integration of new brands into the platform

2. Cold Outreach & Relationship Management

* Execute structured cold outreach via calls, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn

* Maintain disciplined follow-ups and relationship nurturing processes

* Track outreach metrics including response rates and conversion progress

* Document all conversations, responses, and outcomes in a clear, organized format

* Build long-term brand relationships to support repeat participation and referrals

3. Market, City & Ecosystem Research

* Research new cities and markets for GPW and Warehouse expansion

* Conduct competitor benchmarking and ecosystem mapping

* Identify key stakeholders, brand clusters, and partnership opportunities

* Translate research findings into actionable insights and concise reports for leadership

4. GPW Business & Expansion Support

* Support GPW growth through curated brand mix recommendations and partnership inputs

* Assist in differentiating GPW formats across cities based on market positioning

* Contribute to ecosystem curation aligned with brand strategy

* Support expansion planning through structured opportunity analysis

5. Strategic & Commercial Research Support

* Support research related to pricing strategies, margins, MBOs, and commercial models

* Assist leadership in evaluating new business opportunities

* Prepare structured research documents and summaries for internal decision-making

* Maintain organized documentation for future reference and scalability
