Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business leads for residential, commercial & office interior projects
- Handle client inquiries, understand requirements, and schedule meetings/site visits
- Attend and lead client meetings andPresent company design solutions, proposals, and close sales deals
- Coordinate with design & execution teams to ensure smooth project handover
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Identify new markets, channel partners, brokers, and referral sources
- Prepare quotations, follow-ups, and sales reports
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills:
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Knowledge of interior design concepts, materials, and project costing
- Lead generation & client acquisition
- Sales closing & relationship management
- Result and target-oriented
Preferred candidates:
- Experience in interior designing / real estate / construction sales
- Ability to understand drawings, BOQs, and client budgets
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and presentable personality
