Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, India, for a Business Development Specialist. Responsibilities include identifying and generating new business opportunities through lead generation, conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities, and maintaining customer relationships. The role requires active communication with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions while collaborating with internal teams to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret market data
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience in Lead Generation and cultivating client relationships
• Proficiency in Market Research to identify potential opportunities
• Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
• Prior experience in sales, business development, or related roles is advantageous
