Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Specialist. The individual will identify and qualify new business opportunities, conduct market research, generate leads, build relationships with prospective clients, and support the development of strategic sales plans. Collaboration with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive growth will be a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficient Analytical Skills to identify trends, market opportunities, and assess business data
- Excellent Communication skills, including written and verbal, for effective client interaction and team collaboration
- Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and build a pipeline of potential clients
- Strong Customer Service mindset to ensure client satisfaction and long-term relationship building
- Proven ability to work independently and meet targets in a remote setting
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in business development or sales is an advantage
