Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and research potential D2C clients in fashion, lifestyle, food & beverage, personal care, and other consumer categories.
  • Generate leads via LinkedIn, cold emails, networking events, and partnerships.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: outreach, meetings, proposals, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create outreach strategies and case studies.
  • Maintain strong client relationships post-onboarding to drive upselling and referrals.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
Requirements
  • 12 years of experience in Business Development / Sales, preferably in digital marketing, performance marketing, or SaaS.
  • Strong communication & presentation skills (English + Hindi preferred).
  • Understanding of D2C ecosystem, Meta/Google Ads, and performance metrics (a big plus).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, LinkedIn, and lead generation platforms is a bonus.
