Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist, based in Gurugram. The Business Development Specialist will focus on identifying and generating leads, conducting market research to uncover new opportunities, and building strong relationships with prospective clients. Daily responsibilities include managing client inquiries, collaborating with internal teams to develop proposals, analyzing market trends, and actively contributing to the company's growth strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive client interactions
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and develop new business opportunities
- Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret data, evaluate opportunities, and support strategic decision-making
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to work independently
- Prior experience in business development, sales, or related roles is a plus
- Educational background in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred
