Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Specialist with experience in B2B software sales and ERP solution selling. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential clients, fixing product demonstrations, and supporting the sales cycle until deal closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential customers for software/ERP products
- Research target companies and understand business requirements
- Conduct cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn networking
- Generate interest in ERP/software solutions
- Reach decision makers and key stakeholders within organizations
- Schedule product demonstrations for the technical/demo team
- Maintain regular follow-ups and nurture long-term client relationships
- Achieve monthly Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) targets
- Coordinate with sales, demo specialists, and partners for client engagement
- Support discussions until order closure and revenue realization
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in Business Development / IT Software Sales
- Experience in ERP/SaaS/Product selling is mandatory
- Exposure to ERP products such as Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Navision/Dynamics NAV preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience in cold calling and lead generation
- Ability to interact with CXOs, IT Heads, Finance Heads, and business stakeholders
- Self-motivated and target-driven
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates from ERP, SaaS, IT Product, or Software Solution companies preferred
- Good understanding of B2B sales process
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
