Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven business development specialist to join HouseBanao. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, channel partners, architects, and contractors, and driving revenue growth for the company. The role requires strong communication, sales, and relationship management skills, with an understanding of the construction or interior industry being an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through market research, networking, references, and field visits.
Build relationships with builders, contractors, architects, and channel partners.
Meet prospective clients and convert leads into business opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution and client services.
Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and clients.
Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
Expand HouseBanao's market presence across Delhi NCR.
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in business development or sales
Experience in construction, interior design, real estate, or related industry preferred
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to close deals and manage client relationships
Good understanding of the Delhi NCR market
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Salary
Salary will depend on experience and interview performance.
