This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Business Development Specialist. Responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities. The role also involves preparing and delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively. You will play a key role in promoting the company's compliance, certification, tender, and digital marketing services to drive growth.

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal relationship skills
• Experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management
• Proficiency in market research, analysis, and creating business strategies
• Organizational, time management, and negotiation skills
• Basic understanding of compliance, certification, and digital marketing processes is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and client-focused environment
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite is an advantage
