Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Business Development Specialist (2+ Years) who can generate leads, build client relationships, and close deals for our creative & digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify potential clients and generate qualified leads.
  • Pitch agency services (SMM, content creation, branding, production).
  • Conduct meetings, convert prospects, and close long-term deals.
  • Maintain strong follow-up, negotiation, and communication.
  • Build and manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Skills Required
  • Strong sales, negotiation & communication abilities.
  • Understanding of digital marketing & social media services.
  • Ability to convert leads independently.
  • Good presentation and client-handling skills.
Preferences
  • 2+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
  • Experience in a creative/digital agency is a plus.
  • Work-from-office (Ahmedabad).
  • Immediate joining.
