Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Business Development Specialist. The role involves identifying and generating new business opportunities, conducting market research to drive strategy, and maintaining positive relationships with leads and clients. The specialist will support the sales team by delivering excellent customer service and collaborating on lead generation and nurturing strategies.

Qualifications
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and offer actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication skills for building relationships and engaging with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in lead generation and prospecting for new business opportunities.
  • Proficiency in conducting market research to identify industry trends and potential growth areas.
  • Customer service skills with a focus on responsiveness and client satisfaction.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, but relevant experience will be considered.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales/marketing strategies is a plus.
