Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, India for a Lead Generation & Business Development Specialist. The primary responsibilities include identifying and generating new leads, conducting market research to uncover growth opportunities, developing strategies to engage prospects, and building strong communication pipelines with potential clients. The role involves collaborating with teams to design effective lead generation strategies, supporting sales efforts, and contributing to the overall business development initiatives of the company.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Lead Generation and identifying new leads
  • Proficiency in Market Research to identify opportunities and trends
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Sales strategies and ability to engage effectively with potential clients
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and ensure targets are met
  • Experience in digital marketing or AI-driven growth strategies is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
