Job Description

The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Market Research & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct in-depth research on Electro-Optics and Defense Tech markets to analyze tenders, competitors, and emerging opportunities for innovation.
  • User Understanding & Ergonomics: Engage with end-users through field studies to derive operational insights, ergonomic requirements, and usability feedback for product refinement.
  • Product Concepting & Visualization: Develop product concepts, CAD models, and photorealistic visualizations in collaboration with engineering and design teams for effective system representation.
  • Design Communication & Documentation: Create high-quality design documentation, technical content, and presentation materials to support proposals, manuals, and customer communications.
  • Business Development & Sales Support: Contribute to demos, trials, bid management, and customer interactions by capturing requirements and providing design-driven sales collateral.
  • Product Strategy & Enterprise Support: Support go-to-market initiatives, product positioning, pricing strategies, and cross-functional coordination for strategic business growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (B.Tech)
  • 1+ years of Technical sales or account management experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
