About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our growing team on a contract basis. This is a remote opportunity; however, occasional travel to client sites is required for meetings and project-related discussions. Ideal for a self-starter who excels at identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and generating qualified leads.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently while driving revenue growth through strategic outreach and partnership development.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings with decision-makers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and partners.
• Present company services and communicate value propositions effectively.
• Follow up with prospects and nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and opportunities in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with the marketing and management teams to support business growth initiatives.
• Meet or exceed monthly lead generation and sales targets.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in business development, sales, lead generation, or account management.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong prospecting and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Experience using LinkedIn, CRM software, and sales outreach tools is an asset.

Compensation Structure

• Commission-based compensation with expected earnings ranging from INR 35,000 - INR 90,000+ per month, depending on performance.
