Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Specialist (Freelancer) role based in Noida. The Business Development Specialist will identify and qualify new business opportunities, generate and follow up on leads, and build a strong pipeline of prospective clients across targeted industries. Responsibilities include conducting market research to understand client needs, analyzing industry trends, and positioning AMIGO3D's 2D/3D animation and CGI services to decision-makers. The role involves preparing and delivering tailored pitches and proposals, coordinating discovery calls and meetings, and collaborating with the creative and production teams to align client requirements with service offerings. The specialist will also maintain accurate records in CRM tools, track performance against targets, and support client relationship management to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications
  • Strong Lead Generation and Market Research skills to identify, qualify, and prioritize potential clients and opportunities.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, manage expectations, and nurture long-term relationships.
  • Solid Analytical Skills to interpret market trends, assess client needs, and refine outreach strategies and sales approaches.
  • Experience in business development or sales, preferably in creative services, media, advertising, or animation/CGI.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, presentation software, and basic sales reporting.
  • Proactive, target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Familiarity with 2D/3D animation, CGI, or digital marketing concepts is an advantage.
