- Drive student admissions through personalized counselling and effective lead conversion strategies.
- Conduct regular sales follow-ups to nurture MBA aspirant leads and move them through the admission funnel.
- Guide students in program selection by understanding their career goals and academic background.
- Manage and update CRM systems with accurate lead status, interactions, and conversion details.
- Own and achieve assigned enrollment and revenue targets consistently.
- Engage with prospective MBA aspirants to provide end-to-end admission support and counselling.
- Contribute to the overall growth of MBA Litmus through proactive outreach and relationship building.
