Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to help expand our client base and generate business opportunities in the IT Services and Consulting space.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, job portals, and other channels

• Reach out to prospective clients and schedule discovery calls

• Build relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and decision-makers

• Generate opportunities for Data Engineering, Analytics, BI, Power Platform, and IT Staffing services

• Maintain and update the sales pipeline

• Coordinate with internal teams on client requirements and proposals

• Drive business growth through consistent outreach and follow-ups

Preferred Skills

• Experience in IT Services, Staffing, Recruitment, or Consulting Sales

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, job portals, and outbound prospecting

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

• Understanding of Data Analytics, BI, or IT services is a plus
