Experience: 2–6 Years

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive/Manager with experience in IT Sales to drive new business acquisition and revenue growth. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with both field sales and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits.
  • Meet prospective clients and understand their IT staffing, software, digital transformation, or technology requirements.
  • Conduct presentations, product/service demonstrations, and commercial discussions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with delivery and technical teams for successful project execution.
  • Maintain CRM records and sales reports.

Requirements:

  • 2–6 years of experience in IT Sales or Business Development.
  • Strong field sales and client-facing experience.
  • Experience selling IT Services, Software Solutions, SaaS, IT Staffing, Cloud, Cybersecurity, or Digital Services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to generate leads and close deals independently.
  • Comfortable traveling across Mumbai for client meetings.
  • Target-driven and self-motivated.
