Deliverables Agency is seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive (IT Sales) to drive business growth and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT sales, lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT services sector.
- Generate qualified leads through various channels, including LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and outbound prospecting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions and services.
- Conduct sales presentations, meetings, and product/service demonstrations.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements.
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
- Achieve assigned revenue targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Required Qualifications
- Any degree with proven track records
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Sales, Business Development, or a similar client-facing role.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
- Knowledge of B2B sales processes and client acquisition strategies.
