Job Description

Deliverables Agency is seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive (IT Sales) to drive business growth and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT sales, lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT services sector.
  • Generate qualified leads through various channels, including LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and outbound prospecting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions and services.
  • Conduct sales presentations, meetings, and product/service demonstrations.
  • Prepare business proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements.
  • Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
  • Achieve assigned revenue targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Required Qualifications

  • Any degree with proven track records
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Sales, Business Development, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
  • Knowledge of B2B sales processes and client acquisition strategies.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead-generation platforms.
