Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth. Additional responsibilities include preparing sales strategies, conducting market research, and collaborating with internal teams to meet organizational goals. The candidate will also work on developing proposals, negotiating contracts, and delivering presentations to prospective clients.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
  • Proficiency in Market Research, Strategic Planning, and Data Interpretation
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and work in a results-driven environment
  • Leadership abilities and capacity to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Relevant experience in business development, sales, or client management, preferably in the furniture or manufacturing industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
