Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Chennai. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and managing a pipeline of leads to achieve revenue targets. Responsibilities include developing and executing business development strategies, conducting market research, preparing proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored HR and payroll solutions. The Business Development Manager will also represent IHROS in client meetings, negotiations, and industry events to increase brand presence and business growth.
Qualifications
· Formulate sales and marketing strategies for business growth
· Seek out new sales opportunities in the region through cold calling, networking and social media
· Achieving Revenue and Gross Margin targets
· Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services
· Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
· Build a personal sales pipeline/funnel to set up for long term success
· Experience selling HRIT services in both private and public sector will be an added advantage
· Experience in direct and channel sales will be an added advantage
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Sound knowledge of sales process
· Knowledge of HRIT/Payroll Services Sector including experience will be an added advantage
· Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, attention to detail are pre-requisites
· Fast learner and passion for sales
· Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
· Strong communication Skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone and presentation
· Willingness to travel in the Asia Pac region
