We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Business Development Manager to expand our partner network, generate new business opportunities, and strengthen relationships with education consultants and institutional partners across India and international markets.
Job Summary
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new education consultants, maintaining strong relationships with existing partners, generating student recruitment opportunities, and achieving business growth targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong networking ability, and experience in sales or business development within the overseas education industry.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
• Identify and onboard new education consultants, agencies, and business partners.
• Generate new business opportunities through calls, meetings, referrals, and digital platforms.
• Build long-term relationships with overseas education consultants and institutions.
• Promote Uniexperts.io products and services to potential partners.
• Conduct presentations, webinars, and product demonstrations for agents and partners.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly onboarding and revenue targets.
• Develop market expansion strategies for assigned regions.
Partner Relationship Management
• Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and ensure partner satisfaction.
• Support partners with training, onboarding, and operational guidance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth application processing and partner support.
• Handle partner escalations and resolve issues professionally.
Market Research & Strategy
• Research competitor activities and market trends in international education.
• Identify new countries, institutions, and recruitment opportunities.
• Provide regular business reports and growth insights to management.
CRM & Reporting
• Maintain accurate partner and sales records in CRM.
• Track leads, conversions, and onboarding performance.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Overseas Education.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Experience in B2B sales or partner management is preferred.
• Knowledge of international education markets is an added advantage.
• Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and communication tools.
Preferred Candidate Profile
• Experience working with overseas education consultancies or universities.
• Existing network of education consultants or agents is preferred.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel when required.
