Role Description

The Business Development Manager (Advertisement Sales) will be responsible for managing and expanding the company's advertising sales portfolio. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and cultivating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, developing advertising proposals, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves collaboration with internal teams to design tailored advertising solutions for clients. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales experience, including contract negotiation, lead generation, and meeting sales targets
  • Proficiency in marketing and digital advertising strategies to cater to diverse client needs
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
  • Self-driven and results-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Previous experience in advertising, media sales, or a related industry is an advantage
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field is preferred
  • Familiarity with the Chennai market and local business environment is a plus
