Job Role: Business Development Manager

We're looking for a confident and driven Business Development Manager who is serious

about growing their career in sales.

Location: On-Site

Experience: 13 Years (B2B / Sales / Business Development)

Employment Type: Full-Time

CTC: Up to 4.5 LPA + Performance Bonus (Over & Above CTC)

What You'll Be Doing:

Reaching out to potential clients through LinkedIn, emails, and calls

Connecting with founders, CEOs, and decision-makers

Understanding client challenges and offering the right solutions

Managing the entire sales cycle from first conversation to deal closure

Negotiating confidently and closing deals independently

Achieving monthly revenue targets and tracking performance

Maintaining structured follow-ups and CRM records

Strong communication and confidence while speaking with clients

Comfort with cold calling and outbound outreach

A target-driven and self-motivated mindset

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

Ability to work independently and stay disciplined
