Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Professional with 4+ years of proven track record in IT / Software / Enterprise Solutions Sales (or relevant industry). Preference will be given to candidates who have already worked in the international market and have a strong understanding of the local business culture and sales processes.

Role & Responsibility:

Lead Generation & Business Development: Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across the Middle East region.

Account Management: Manage relationships with existing customers, drive upselling/cross-selling, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets in line with company objectives.

Proposal & Commercials Management: Prepare and present tailored proposals, commercial offers, and solution presentations for prospective customers.

Partner & Channel Management: Build and nurture relationships with channel partners, distributors, and strategic alliances.

Regional Market Understanding: Leverage knowledge of international business practices, customer buying behavior, and competitive landscape to drive sales growth.

Customer Engagement: Conduct in-person and virtual meetings, demos, and negotiations with key decision-makers (C- Level, IT Heads, Procurement teams, etc.).

Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: 4+ years of B2B Sales / Business Development experience (preferably in IT, Software, SaaS, Enterprise Solutions, or Technology domains (NMS/ITSM)).

Regional Experience (Preferred): Prior experience selling in International Market (Europe/Canada/USA/UK etc.) is highly desirable.

Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage long and complex sales cycles.

Travel: Willingness to travel within the region for client meetings and industry events.

Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

CRM Tools: Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
