Role Objective

To drive business growth in identified Focus Markets by planning, executing, and monitoring sales development activities. The role involves strengthening market presence in uncovered or high-potential districts, ensuring distributor development, and implementing structured PJP (Permanent Journey Plan) for systematic market coverage.

  • Good communication, negotiation, and coordination abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Good analytical and planning ability.
  • Willingness to travel extensively
  • Strong execution mindset, negotiation skills, and result orientation

Qualification

MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management

Experience

Relevant experience in business development, sales, or distribution management (industry-specific experience preferred)
