Job Role: Business Development Manager

Experience: 13 Years (B2B / Sales / Business Development)
Employment Type: Full-Time
CTC: Up to 4.5 LPA + Performance Bonus (Over & Above CTC)
What You'll Be Doing:
Reaching out to potential clients through LinkedIn, emails, and calls
Connecting with founders, CEOs, and decision-makers
Understanding client challenges and offering the right solutions
Managing the entire sales cycle from first conversation to deal closure
Negotiating confidently and closing deals independently
Achieving monthly revenue targets and tracking performance
Maintaining structured follow-ups and CRM records

Comfort with cold calling and outbound outreach
