Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive sustainable, scalable and consistent growth across India. Playing an integral part in developing and implementing Wisoft's Business development and Go-To-Market (GTM) efforts and strategic direction of the Company. Responsible for selecting, on-boarding and managing customers and customer in line with Wisoft's Sales Strategy and acting as a single point of contact for specified area. Accountable for increasing Wisoft's Market Share by selling the products and services Wisoft represents to existing customers; and by developing and on-boarding new Customers. Representing Wisoft's core values in meetings with customers and prospects alike. Interface efficiently with other functions of the company to ensure customer satisfaction is ensured.

Responsibilities:

Consultative Sales: Offer digital marketing solutions and consultancy services, including SEO, SEM, SMM, SMO, SMS Marketing, Performance Marketing, Paid Ads, Email Marketing, and Website/App Development.

Lead Generation: Proactively follows up with leads provided by the company as well as identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, direct emails, networking, and social media.

Client Acquisition & Retention: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.

Market Research: Stay updated on emerging trends in the industry and identify new opportunities to enhance business growth.

Sales Target Achievement: Work towards and surpass individual sales targets while contributing to the overall growth of the organization.

Strategic Partnerships: Establish and nurture collaborations with key companies to expand market reach and drive business growth.

Smart & excellent written and verbal English proficiency.

Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, tools, and services.

Ability to build strong professional relationships through various channels.

Proficiency in using CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and digital sales strategies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

5 - 6 years prior industry related business development experience in a digital marketing agency in Bangalore

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies

Focused and goal-oriented
