innovation to deliver exceptional residential and commercial projects. We believe in nurturing young talent and providing hands-on exposure to the entire design process-

from concept to execution.

Position Overview

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, building

client relationships, and converting qualified interior project leads into revenue. This role

requires strong communication skills, follow-through, and the ability to coordinate with design

and project teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Management & Conversion

Handle all incoming leads from marketing, website, walk-ins, references, and social media.

Contact leads within the required response time (3060 minutes).

Schedule site visits and client meetings.

Understand client requirements and pass accurate briefs to the design team.

Maintain and update CRM with lead status, follow-ups, and next actions.

2. Sales & Revenue Growth

Present proposals, quotations, 3D designs, and BOQs to clients.

Handle negotiations and close deals within defined timelines.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Upsell and cross-sell modular furniture, decor, and add-on services.

3. Client Relationship Management

Build strong client rapport throughout the sales cycle.

Coordinate between clients, designers, and project managers during the pre-sales stage.

Ensure smooth handover of confirmed projects to the execution team.

Collect feedback and support the marketing team with testimonials.

4. Coordination With Internal Teams

Work closely with:

o Design Team layouts, mood boards, BOQs

o Project Team timelines & execution readiness

o Marketing Team lead quality feedback

Participate in weekly sales, design, and project review meetings.

5. Reporting & Analysis

Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Track lead-to-conversion ratios and sales pipeline.

Share insights on market trends, competitor pricing, and client behaviour.

Required Skills & Qualifications

25 years of experience in Interior Design Sales, real estate sales, or premium customer-facing roles.

Strong communication & negotiation skills.

Ability to understand basic design concepts and BOQs.

Confidence in handling high-value clients and premium projects.

Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel, and WhatsApp follow-ups.

Self-driven, target-oriented, and excellent in follow-through.
