Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Manager – QSR

Location: Mumbai

CTC: Up to 15 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire properties for new store openings.
  • Drive business expansion and growth initiatives.
  • Conduct market research, site feasibility studies, and competitor analysis.
  • Lead lease and commercial negotiations with landlords and developers.
  • Build strong relationships with brokers, landlords, and key stakeholders.
  • Track market trends and identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 4–8 years of experience in Business Development, Property Acquisition, Leasing, or Expansion.
  • Preferred experience in QSR, F&B, or Hospitality.
  • Strong negotiation, networking, and market analysis skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
