- We are looking strictly for Direct Sales / Corporate Sales /Field Sales profiles.
looking for an energetic and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) – Solution Sales who will focus on driving new business, managing enterprise accounts, and collaborating with technology partners to deliver customized IT solutions.
Salary Budget Rs. 15 LPA -18 LPA
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with enterprise clients across industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders and decision-makers (CxOs, IT Heads, Functional Heads).
- Develop and implement effective sales and go-to-market (GTM) strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage the complete sales cycle –client meetings, solution presentations to deal closures.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Pre-sales, Technical, Delivery, Support) to design and deliver client-specific solutions.
- Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations, proposals, and solution demos to address client needs.
- Account mining and expansion to drive additional revenue from existing customers.
- Maintain accurate and updated sales pipelines and forecasts, using CRM tools and internal reporting mechanisms.
- Achieve and surpass Quarterly and Annual Sales Targets consistently.
- Develop and maintain strong OEM and partner relationships to leverage joint opportunities and enhance solution offerings.
- Drive sales of Document Management, AI/ML Automation, Managed Services, and IT Infrastructure Solutions.
- Develop opportunities in Multi-brand Hardware Support, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), Leasing, and IT Support Services.
- Leverage knowledge in custom-developed IT solutions and vertical-specific offerings (e.g., Legal, Audit, HR, Operations).
- Ability to identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities across our complete solution portfolio.
Must-Have Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of proven experience in IT Solution Sales / Business Development.
- Strong Enterprise Account Management & Account Mining skills.
- Deep CxO level connects and proven ability to engage with enterprise leadership teams.
- OEM partnerships and alliances experience for collaborative selling.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong people management and team coordination capabilities.
