We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager – Sales (Air Freight) to drive business growth and expand our Air Freight customer base. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in freight forwarding sales, excellent client management skills, and a proven ability to generate new business opportunities.

Key focus areas include:

• Developing new business opportunities in Air Freight
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Providing competitive freight rates and closing deals
• Achieving sales and revenue targets through proactive engagement
• Sharing weekly sales reports with management
• Ensuring smooth post-sales support and customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years experience in Freight Forwarding (Air)
• Strong sales, client handling & rate negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Proficiency in MS Excel / CRM tools
• Proven ability to generate business
• Target-driven, confident, and open to travel
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics / Supply Chain / Business / International Trade (preferred)
