Uniexperts.io is a leading B2B study abroad platform, connecting institutions, agents, and students globally. We are expanding our presence in Kerala and seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth, onboard agents, and strengthen relationships within the region.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1 Business Development & Sales Growth
Identify and onboard study abroad agents, consultants, and education partners in Kerala.
Develop and execute strategic business plans to increase market penetration.
Promote Uniexperts.io's university partnerships, products, and services to agents and institutions.
Generate and convert leads from new and existing agent networks.
2 Agent & Partner Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with education consultants, coaching centers, and student recruitment agencies.
Conduct training sessions, webinars, and workshops for partners to enhance engagement.
Ensure high agent retention and satisfaction through regular support and communication.
3 Market Research & Expansion
Stay updated on industry trends, student mobility patterns, and competitive landscape.
Identify key growth opportunities in Kerala for business expansion.
Provide market insights and reports to the management team.
4 Collaboration & Target Achievement
Work closely with the sales, marketing, and processing teams to ensure smooth operations.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
Represent Uniexperts.io at education fairs, events, and networking sessions in Kerala.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development within the Overseas Education industry.
Fluency in Malayalam is mandatory (English & Hindi are an added advantage).
Strong network of agents and education consultants in Kerala.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to travel within Kerala for meetings and agent visits.
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales tracking systems is a plus.
