Position Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) with strong experience in international IT/ITES sales to drive global business growth, acquire new clients, and build long-term strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a deep understanding of IT services, and proven ability to close international deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage international business opportunities for IT/ITES services
  • Generate leads through multiple channels (B2B portals, LinkedIn, cold outreach, partnerships, referrals, events)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with global clients and partners
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and contracts
  • Handle negotiations, deal closures, and onboarding processes
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and growth targets
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams for project planning
  • Maintain CRM and sales pipeline reports
  • Represent the company in international meetings, calls, and conferences

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, IT, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in IT/ITES business development or sales
  • Proven experience in international sales (US, UK, Europe, Middle East, APAC markets preferred)
  • Strong understanding of IT services such as:
  • Web & Mobile App Development
  • Cloud Solutions
  • Digital Marketing
  • Enterprise Solutions
  • Software Development
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Strong lead generation and closing abilities
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting
  • Ability to work independently and in team environments
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in IT outsourcing and offshore business models
  • Knowledge of proposal management and bidding processes
  • Exposure to international contracts and compliance
  • Experience with global B2B platforms, etc.
