Role Description

This full-time, on-site role based in Kochi focuses on identifying and developing new business opportunities for Offenso Hackers Academy. As a Business Development Manager, you will build strong relationships with potential partners and clients, create and execute business strategies, and drive awareness about Offenso's programs. You will also oversee market research, analyze trends and competitive landscapes, and collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and expand Offenso's impact in the cybersecurity education market.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years experience
• Business Development and Strategic Thinking skills, including the ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Client Relationship Management and Negotiation skills, with experience in building and maintaining partnerships effectively.
• Marketing and Sales expertise, with a focus on outreach, lead generation, and campaign execution to drive growth.
• Strong Communication and Presentation abilities, both written and verbal, to represent the organization professionally to diverse audiences.
• Experience in or knowledge of Cybersecurity or Technical Education is highly beneficial.
• Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven approach with the ability to work independently.
