Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Kochi, India. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing and executing sales strategies, and meeting or exceeding revenue goals. The individual will also collaborate with the internal sales team to facilitate training and process improvements, ensuring seamless execution of sales initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, sales management, or a related field
  • Strong skills in client relationship management, lead generation, and networking
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and implement strategic plans
  • Proficiency in CRM software and modern sales tools; experience with AI tools is a plus
  • Time management skills and the ability to meet targets under tight deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is an advantage
  • Previous experience working with sales and training teams is highly desirable
