Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager, based in Surat with flexibility to work remotely on occasion. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing strategies to increase revenue. The role also includes analyzing market trends, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to align solutions with client needs.

  • Proficiency in market analysis, identifying opportunities, and strategic planning
  • Effective negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Knowledge of logistics, shipping, or supply chain industry is a plus
  • Proactive approach, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in a similar role and a track record of achieving targets
